The John Street Club supports a scholarship for students in the School of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science at St. John’s University in memory of former President Stephen M. Calascione. This fund is to provide one or more partial annual scholarships to academically qualified and/or deserving undergraduate student(s) enrolled in the School of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science of The Peter J. Tobin College of Business. We are proud to give back to build the future leaders of the insurance industry, many of which are connected to the John Street Club today.
Donations to the scholarship fund can be made by check payable to ‘St. John’s University/SRM’ with a notation for (JSIA/Calascione Fund). Checks should be mailed to: Attention: Melodee Harper Fields, School of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science, 101 Astor Place, Room 259, Manhattan Campus, New York, NY 10003-7132. Donations to the fund are recognized as charitable contributions within the University’s status as a 501 (C) (3) organization which can also facilitate matching contributions from supporting firms.
