Santiago Hernandez is the Chief Executive Officer of Arch Re Facultative. He was promoted from President, a role he held from December 2017 through December 2021. He joined the company in 2007 as the Executive Director and Chief Referral. Prior to joining Arch, he spent 18 years in various roles at General Re. He is a graduate of The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
